Project: Shelter Building - Phase 1

• Scope: 35,000 sq. ft. shelter building
• Project Value: LKR 35 million
• Key Feature: 100-ft clear span for the main truss, providing a spacious interior
• Completion: 2015

Phase 1 involved the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. shelter, designed with a clear span of 100 ft to maximize open floor space. This phase set the standard for the project, with a robust structure tailored for high operational flexibility.

Project: Shelter Building - Phase 2

• Client: Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC
• Scope: 45,000 sq. ft. standalone shelter
• Project Value: LKR 46 million
• Completion: 2015

Phase 2 expanded the site with a new 45,000 sq. ft. shelter building, continuing the spacious design established in Phase 1. This phase increased capacity while maintaining a clear, open layout to accommodate the client's growing operational needs.

Project: Shelter and Facility Building - Phase 3

• Client: Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC
• Scope: 100,000 sq. ft. shelter building with a three-story facility building
• Project Value: LKR 148 million
• Completion: 2016

The third and largest phase of the project included a 100,000 sq. ft. shelter building, designed for expansive operations, along with a three-story facility building to provide additional infrastructure and support. This phase brought together large-scale open space with multi-story functional areas, completing the project with significant added capacity and versatility.
